Procedure

School presently adopts the FIRST COME FIRST BASIS policy.

Applications are invited in December for the admission process.

There are 25% of seats reserved for economical weaker section of the society and admissions under this RTE quota is done as per directions of Education Department of Chandigarh Administration.

The instruction and directions of the District Education Officer are also followed in the Admissions to general quota seats.

Eligibility

As per the school policy and the requirements of the International Curriculum
A child has to be 6+ on 30th June to in class 1. The eligibility of age is as follows:

(i) Pre KG     1st July 2019 - 30th June 2020 (4 year+)
(ii) Kg     1st July 2018 - 30th June 2019 (5 year+)
(iii) For admission under RTE Act (Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Category)

         1. Parent should be resident of Chandigarh for the last 3 years.
         2. Should be residing with in a radius of 1-3 km of the school.

Documents Required

Following are the documents required :

1. Birth Certificate & Aadhar Card From Competent Authority
2. Residence Prof and ID's of both parents/guardians.

3. 4 Recent color Photos of the child, 2 each of Parent/Guardian
4. For student coming from other schools

      (a) Transfer Certificate

      (b) Report Card of last class
5. For admission under R.T.E Act. (EWS Category) Requirement of document will be as per the direction of the District Education officer (DEO)/Chandigarh Administrations.

Deposit of Fee of selected Children By 13th February, 2024 (Tuesday)
